a 7 day tourist fishing licence is 12.50 go to DNREC online services to get one on line

that 50' hole on the east side of wall is a great spot but i like the end of the pier. a jighead up under the pier can pull a nice flounder out

CHSP is a great place for new kayak anglers. The current is not strong near the pier and the surrounding area and it is generally well protected. (RI and the Lewes canal would be a good back up if there is a strong South east wind). I may or may not be there, I am traveling back from Arizona that Friday. I would also advise bringing a snag hook there has been a lot of bunker in that area. The flounder bite has been decent with Live minnows and small spot producing better than gulp over the past few weekends (taken from local tackle shop reports). For all you new guys that are on the fence about going to this it is a great place to learn basic saltwater structure fishing techniques. The launch is from the beach but there is little to no surf to contend with.

I wish I could be there. I have to go to New England that weekend and the worst part about that is I can not fish! Have fun guys and catch a flounder for me.

Completely Overfished. You need a friendly local. But it is hard to find friendly local. The only places I saw some edible fish were protecteded area.

When I was there the fish caught on a charter boat was owned by the captain. So check before you hire the captain. You may pay for their fishing
